  • Each session runs for 90 to 120 minutes: long enough to drop in, breathe deep, and rise up. 

    Some people feel a massive shift after just one session. Others book a 3-session pack

    to go deeper into their healing journey. There’s no pressure. Just trust your pace, and I’ll guide you from there.

  • The sessions are available remotely, so you can breathe with me from anywhere in the world. 

    All you need is a quiet space, a comfy mat or chair, and a stable internet connection. You bring the breath. I’ll bring the beats, the guidance, and the breakthroughs.
