We kick things off by slowing down. You'll set clear intentions through guided journaling — not just "breathe and hope for the best." This is where trust starts and your body begins to feel safe in the space.
Then we breathe. Properly. Through a blend of ancient pranayama, modern breathwork, sound healing, and music, we activate what's buried. I've seen people laugh, cry, shake, or finally feel for the first time in years.
We wrap by grounding everything you just moved through. Journal, breathe slower, reflect. You'll leave with practical tools so this isn't just a cool experience — it's a real shift you carry into your life.
