4. Medical, Health & Therapeutic Disclaimer
4.1 No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website or in any service, session, program, content, coaching, or product constitutes:
Medical advice, Mental health advice, Psychological therapy, Psychiatric care, Diagnosis, Treatment, Clinical intervention or Healthcare services.
Breathe Free Movement is not a medical provider, not a healthcare provider, and does not provide medical or therapeutic services.

Our services are not a substitute for:
Medical care, Psychological care, Psychiatric care, Trauma therapy, Emergency services, Mental health treatment and professional healthcare advice.

4.3 Breathwork Risks Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that breathwork practices may involve risks, including but not limited to:
Dizziness, Light-headedness, Emotional release, Physical sensations, Psychological responses, Trauma recall, Tingling, Altered states of consciousness, Disorientation, Somatic responses or Panic responses.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
4.4 Contraindications Disclaimer
Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, including but not limited to:
Cardiovascular conditions, Respiratory conditions, Epilepsy or seizures, Pregnancy, Severe anxiety disorders, PTSD, Psychosis, Panic disorders, Neurological conditions, Recent surgery, Mental health conditions.
You are solely responsible for determining your suitability to participate.
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any service, session, program, or content provided by Breathe Free Movement, you:
Voluntarily assume all risks
Accept full personal responsibility for your participation
Agree that participation is at your own risk
Release the Business from liability arising from participation
6. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:
Results, Outcomes, Healing, Transformation, Mental health improvement, Physical improvement, Emotional outcomes, Psychological outcomes.
All experiences and results are individual.

You are solely responsible for:

Your mental health
Your emotional wellbeing
Your participation decisions
Your personal safety
Your self-regulation

8. Payments & Billing
8.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through third-party processors including:
Squarespace Payments
Stripe
PayPal
Klarna
And any other providers integrated into our platform
8.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change at any time without notice.
9. Memberships & Subscriptions
9.1 Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as stated at purchase).
9.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 Cancellation Policy
Memberships must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in automatic renewal and billing.
9.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails:

Membership may be terminated

10. Refund Policy
10.1 Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once access to digital content, programs, downloads, or services has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not provided.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to digital materials and waive any right to a refund where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10.2 Physical Products
Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement on a case-by-case basis in the event of damage, defect, or delivery issues.
Apparel (e.g. hoodies, merchandise) may be eligible for return or exchange. Books, journals, and printed materials are generally non-refundable.
International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

13. Digital Content License
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access purchased digital content for personal use only.

Abuse services

Disrupt sessions
Harass facilitators or users
